John Ryan has been involved in all facets of alternate dispute resolution for several years and has participated as a Judge Pro Tem for the Arizona Superior Court for over 20 years. He has handled settlement conferences, mediations, and arbitrations and specializes in commercial disputes and construction related disputes.
Franklin (Troy) Dodge is also a Judge Pro Tem for the Arizona Superior Court, handling settlement conferences and mediating civil, probate and family law matters. Troy is also on the panel of mediators for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, the commercial panel of arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association, and an arbitrator for the Arizona Better Business Bureau.
