“I take the time to recognize the problem, and get it resolved. I help the client to decide exactly what their goal is at the beginning of the case, with the main goal being resolution. As an organized and motivated lawyer, I enjoy a high level of autonomy and responsibility, possessing excellent communication skills and an outgoing and determined personality. I feel blessed with the opportunity to build and maintain positive client relationships and to continue to be challenged in the legal field.”
John has had the unique opportunity to represent clients in federal and state proceedings in Arizona, Florida, Texas, New York, Hawaii, California, Nevada, Kentucky and Colorado.
He has an extensive writing background: He was comments editor for the Fordham Law Review, is a co-author of Construction Law and Mechanics’ Liens in Arizona, and has authored several articles on construction and litigation-related issues.
With a background in scholastic philosophy, logical thinking allows John to recognize and solve problems with clarity while utilizing the principles of Aristotelian logic to identify the issue, isolate key facts, and appropriately apply the law.
